- 9:00 pm: Opening ceremony and technical meeting (Tournament details, equipment checks);
- 9:45 pm: Referees meeting.
Friday 31th October 2025:

- 8 am: Men’s 1st Round;
- 8:50 am: Women’s 1st Round;
- 9:40 am: Men’s 2nd Round;
- 10:30 am: Women’s 2nd Round;
- 11:20 am: Men’s 3rd Round;
- 12:10 am: Women’s 3rd Round;
- 1 pm: Lunch at the hotel restaurant;
- 3 pm: Men’s 4th Round;
- 3:50 pm: Women’s 4th Round;
- 4:40 pm: Men’s 5th Round;
- 5:30 pm: Women’s 5th Round;
- 6:20 pm: Men’s 6th Round;
- 8 pm: Dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Saturday 1st November 2025:
